In cazul in care nu iti mai amintesti parola de logare pentru BT 24, poti sa o resetezi prin urmatoarele optiuni:
- Direct din mobile banking BT 24 selectand, dupa autentificare, tabul "Mai Mult" -> "Schimbare parola BT 24 web"
- In cea mai apropiata unitate Banca Transilvania.

- Directly from BT 24 mobile banking by selecting, after authentication, the tab "More" -> "Change BT 24 web password"
